This open pan Deep Fryer provides an effective 'cool zone' that delivers longer oil life, high efficiency. Stainless steel pan and finish. 90MJ Multi-Jet target burner system. Pan has capacity of 18 litre oil capacity. Mechanical thermostat (100-190°C) and manual pilot ignition.
